Application of Vacuum Head Bloc

 

 

Step 1

Grab the headbloc with your fingers covering the hook & loop straps.

Step 2

Open the headbloc widely in order not to manipulate the patient's head.

Step 3

Slide into position and press it gently from side sides close to the patient's neck. As you pull your fingers off the hook and loop straps push downwards with your thumbs to fix the head bloc onto the base plate.

Step 4

Mold the head bloc around the patient's head and tighten the forehead strap. Vacuum.
